Brawl Pikachu

I promised that I would draw this, so here it is. I forced myself to take a much longer time doing everything until I was satisfied... Because, you know, the BLUE PARTY HAT deserves it! It better be in Brawl or I will be so, so sad.

Before anyone flips, yes, I know, blue goggles. But it's been stated in many places that Pikachu will have 7 outfits... normal, goggles, bandanna, and 4 different hats. We know Ash/Red hat is one of them. Blue party hat better be one of the other three!
